Refund policy

We want you to love your Snap Heat products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• Contact must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

2. How to Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 • We’ll confirm the return cost before proceeding

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

5. Exchanges

We offer store credit for exchanges. Once your returned item is approved, we’ll issue a credit so you can reorder your preferred product.
